The CIA turned some Guantanamo Bay captives into double brokers then delivered them residence to aid the U.s.a get rid of terrorists, it has emerged.

Virtually a dozen existing and former American officials have described facets of the program. Several of the men who travelled through Dime Lane aided the CIA locate and get rid of top al-Qaeda operatives. Nonetheless, others stopped supplying beneficial details and the CIA lost touch with them.
